Medical Organizer Now Available as an Interactive, Fillable PDF
SteppingStone Journals recently announced that its medical organizer, My Personal Journey Through Cancer, is now available as an interactive, fillable pdf. This major enhancement allows patients and caregivers to type medical data and information about doctor’s visits, medication, symptoms, radiation and chemotherapy treatments, surgery, etc., directly into SteppingStone Journals convenient medical forms. The forms can then be saved, updated as needed, and printed to have on hand or share with medical personnel during doctor’s visits and treatments.
